GEORGIA FOUNTAIN COMPANY LIMITED WARRANTY 

Georgia Fountain Company, Inc.™ © 2003 warrants its systems against defects in material and in workmanship for a period of one year from the shipping date unless otherwise specified previously written in the contract or purchase order.

In the event that such a defect occurs within the warranty period, the company will, at its option, replace or recondition the parts judged to be defective without charge upon inspection by GEFCOâ„¢. All defective parts or equipment should be returned to GEFCOâ„¢ freight prepaid, and should be identified by project name, serial number if applicable, and a written description of the problem.

GEFCOâ„¢, shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages including, without limitation, damages or other costs resulting from labor charges, delays, vandalism, negligence, abuse, misuse, improper installation, alteration or modification, chemical corrosion, improper maintenance or any other circumstances over which the company has no control.

Water Level Sensing Probes, mechanical seals, underwater cables, all rubber gaskets, glass lenses and lamps for all Underwater Light Fixtures are not covered under this warranty.

Georgia Fountain Company, Inc.â„¢ makes no other warranties express or implied except as provided in this limited warranty.
